    ConsLow salary cap, lack of support from management, no room for advancement for non regional offices, report driven

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your non supervisory employees regarding compliance and other issues from supervisors or you will continue to lose good and long term employees.

    ConsThe pay is very low, not worth your time if you need a steady paycheck coming in, the staff always quit.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay people, and then maybe they will stay and work. Too many people take this job only to find out they aren't paid a living wage.

    Consonly part time and if no babies born you have no work. little opportunity for advancement in this area of the company

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe more loyal to your employees and give them more hours as an incentive to stay with the company and not have so much turnover in staff at the hospitals doing this testing

    Nice part time job

    ProsWorking with infants, NOT having a supervisor hovering over you all day, no nights

    ConsRequired to work some holidays including major ones like Christmas, no benefits, not for someone needing full time. This is definately part time position
