    Middle Management needs to be retrained

    ProsThe Techies that are a part of MMI know what they are doing and do it well. There are a couple work horses that tow the load.

    ConsWhen I started I was not given; a job title, job description, an hierarchy of command, or work for two weeks. I after the welcome and a desk given to me with nothing else I went to the HR department to find out who I was suppose to report to. I was given a name and set off to meet my new boss. She denied being my boss and said someone else was (No Name Given). After two weeks of trying to find work to do and helping out where I was allowed the head of the company said to a subordinate give this guy something to do or fire him. That was the first instance of meeting my boss, his subordinate (Daughter). I am not going to continue because you can get the general idea.
