    Pros

    Laid Back and Friendly and there is no smoking so there are no cigarette queens smoking outside the building when you walk in so that is nice and the parking is decent

    Cons

    Culture changes due to ObamaCare and more focus on new business which means brining in outsiders who have different corporate backrgounds

    focus on defining roles and planning for resourcing

    Rewarding work with Military families
    Many locations in which there is a possibility to work
    Can work with children or adults

    Company doesn't care about employees
    Feels like you can easily 'be replaced'
    7 days off a year including sick, holidays and vacation
    No room for expansion
    Repetitive trainings

    Please don't run your employees into the ground- the work is difficult

    Wonderful benefits upfront! PTO and sick days. Great vendors!

    Strict attendance policy. No room for advancement unless you know someone.

    Be more understanding to employees. Treat people like people and not a number or stat. Advance people who work hard, not because their your friend. Stop the retaliation of and employee who reaches out to upper management for clarification.

    Pros

    Salary, environment was pleasant with new offices, work was challenging and I enjoyed it, I was promoted to lead care manager in the first six months.

    Cons

    I was in the after hours solutions and there was always talk of closing that department, they terminated the lead position while I was on fmla leave.

    More organization among supervisors and less of a feeling of no job security.
