    very bad and struggling experience.

Project Lead (Current Employee) Hyderābād (India)

Prosi heard lot from my friends about this company. ideally i didnt find anything good in this company.

Consmanagement cares only about billing. hr are biased towards employers. a person if non billable will be moved to something which he has never ever worked on just for the sake of billing. They dont care about the values of employee what they care is billing and money.

Please become Indian National Company atleast.....MNC is big name for u

Team Member (Former Employee) Hyderābād (India)

ProsGrowing phase so u will get to learn more ...

ConsThis company is not at all MNC ,,, its hardly a South based company where in people have there privileges if they belong to south ... they don't want to entertain others and even stubborn at there will. Its would be really gr8 prob for Tech M to progress if they have such a mentality in there organization. Totally partial company ... worst working environment ... if u want to work hard then also u can not because of biased work environment, would never suggest this company.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease grow up. world is globalizing

Do not join Mahindra Satyam if you have any other offers in your hand

Team Lead (Former Employee) Bangalore (India)

Pros- You might get onsite oppertunity more compare to other organization. But that is not sure. It's not like Satyam. Satyam was a great brand. But Mahindra satyam is a worst one. I have spoiled almost 8 months of my career there. So i suggest everyone not to join if you have any other options.

Cons-You will cry to get a project. And the technicality of the work is zero.
    - Work environment in any project is worst. Difficult to manage work life. I mean Saterday and sundays are granted as working days for few projects.
    - Management is worst. As organization point of view, your RM is everything for you. But you will have rare chance to meet your RM and he/she have almost no idea about you, your technology, your skill etc.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemove all old satyam employees. They are not doing anything, rather they are spoiling the environment.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
