    Completely disorganized

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIf you are Indian, and starving, it's a job.

ConsDisorganized, no training, no leadership, no one in charge
Takes forever to get reimbursed - months
HR practices highly questionable - will tell you anything to get you hired, no negotiation, take it or leave it attitude
Policies make no sense, made without any understanding of how things work by people who have never had to deal with it, and have no skin in the game.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to finish cleaning out the trash post-Satyam crisis. Need to hire regional management, abolish the "brown ceiling" culture. Need to seriously review regional policies, not everything can be efficently run out of India.
