    NO work life balance..period !

Senior Consultant (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsSatisfaction that you are having a job.
Frequent flyer miles, hotel points for the company paid trips

ConsNo work and personal life balance.
Incompetent salaries - Normally I don't discuss salaries with anyone but I realized I was paid around 15k lesser than what they are paying others at the same level as me.
Poor Management - If you are lucky, you get to work under good managers but I wasn't fortunate enough. I had to work with some really rude and in-compassionate managers.
The more you work, the more you are made to work with NO incentives. No proper appreciation until you really cry out loud.
I once had to beg to "take off" the weekend ! Apparently the mgmt thinks they own our weekends too.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease try to care for your employees. We are not just money making machines.
Also, HIRE NEW PEOPLE. You are seeing such good revenues, why do you want to suck the life out of the existing employees ? Put Multiple consultants on a project and don't keep just one consultant responsible for the entire lifecycle. They too have their personal lives and also like to spend time with their families during weekends rather than digging their heads through the product that doesn't work to start with.

    Getting better

    Consultant (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsChallenging projects right off the bat. Diverse range of industries and client locations help diversify anyone's supply chain perspective. The associates are amazing and are usually the primary reason people stick around.

ConsMore technical job than other consulting firms. MA also has a lackluster training program for current associates (> 1 year). Work life balance is also dictated more by the client than the company. "Global" company but no real foundation for global consulting opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementWorry more about retention of the consultants/senior consultants who have been around > 2 years.

Very good. A lot of work but the experience is worth it.

Associate Consultant (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

    ProsLots of responsibility.
Learn many functions of warehouse management.

    ConsLong hours.
No clear role or job function. (Can jump around projects weekly)

    Very nice experience.

Manager, Professional Services (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsPersonal respect, Understanding of employee's family priorities & personal time, Ethics. This company also offers a good set of opportunities for beginners.

ConsLack of business process governance sometimes. In professional services organization, the India team gets too much of authority some times. India team should be reporting to USA PM.

Advice to Senior ManagementFormalize the processes, Reduce the level of freedom & authority of India team. Install more controls from QA perspective before releasing the product. Integrate with more ERPs including SAP, JDA, JDE & Oracle.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
