    Pros

Management recognized talent and is genuinely interested in promoting personal and career growth. I worked in 3 different jobs at Manulife and my superiors and team in each case were excellent.

    Cons

At the time there was significant redundancy within the company. Since I worked there I know that senior management has reduced a significant amount of that redundancy.

I worked at Manulife Financial as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

My manager was super nice and helpful and all of my coworkers were very supportive. They love to bring interns into some real projects and help them to develop their own skill set. Sometimes, they even hand you a new model to build up from scratch, which is challenging but fun.

    Cons

Since the company is a pretty big organization so that you won't get exposure to all aspects through your work term, and it would be better they give interns a business unit position.
