    Pros

Support when you require time off for personal reasons
Support if you need to work from home for personal reasons - really good at this
Support with education/studies in terms of pay and time off

    Cons

Goals are unreasonable and not supported with strong plans to achieve them
Insufficient resources to get the job done
    Focus too many things
Dont always do the right thing for employees and especially customers (caring attitude non-existent)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Define your goals more succinctly. Avoid layering of branding to overcompensate for the lack of customer service. Focus on the methods of providing better services to customers. Remember without customers you cannot exist. Focus on staffing, because without them your customers cannot be served. Have better planning for system enhancement projects, there are too high a risk that is taken here. Take risk, but be careful where you place it.
