    Canadian ownership allowed for strategy to be built from HO, great people, strong values, access to senior management

    Terrible work life balance, unrealistic targets set by management leading to constant misses

    Very dynamic environment, a lot of changes that keeps you on your toes , interesting learning curve in my domain. People are friendly and helpful, in most part .

    Average salaries , compared with the workload. There are not always enough information to do your job, you need to ask around .

    Should value your employees a little more, help them to achieve work/ life balance .
