Former Employee – worked at Marsh full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Freedom to work is a great asset. I would love to go back if they improve the compensation policy. One place where age is not a criterion for responsibility.
Cons – Whimsical, very driven by one person's whim, more than merit, fitmant is regarded and awareded. Boot lickers tend to get better deals here too.
Advice to Senior Management – Professionalism
