    Pros

Genuinely involved management, very concerned about your success as an Advisor and always doing things for the greater good of the client, no matter what.
Supportive staff and invested in making you a great advisor -- a career, not a job.
Much better working environment than anything else in town.

    Cons

This is hard work! They said so during the interview and they meant it.
You will quickly need to get over your fear of public speaking. You will constantly be attending business groups and introducing yourself in person, by email, by phone, and by postcards. Get over it or get out!
