    Pros

Make your own schedule Great products to sell unlimited income potential The G.A. at my location is a class act and will do what ever he can to help. No micro management. A declining base salary provided.

    Cons

You are left to your own devices and your poor work discipline may bite you. Being a 1099 employee

    Advice to Management

Study your Buffalo Office and replicate it.

    Pros

Excellent products. High ethical standards. Excellent brand recognition. As with any sales position, you efforts will determine what you earn. No limit on what you can do.

    Cons

Since each office is operated by an independent General Agent, culture, training, staffing, etc can be very different from office to office. Administrative staff is paid by each GA, not the home office. GAs tend to be tight fisted with salaries and it can be reflected in quality.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in quality staff.

    Pros

The training program here was great. They taught me not only all the technical training, but how to build an overall plan. My coworkers here were very friendly and helpful. It's really good to be in a place where people hang out with each other and like to help each other out. I feel like it is a great support structure.

    Cons

Hardest part about this job is to prospect for clients. I've got a lot better with the training they have here so there is a learning curve to become really good at what you do. It feels good when you get it.

    Advice to Management

I'd like to see management share this training with more people so that there's more brand awareness.

    Pros

A great corporate culture. My coworkers and manager are bright, kind and work hard for their customers. We share our experiences, and build on our reosurces to have fun, work hard and get the job done right. The company is on the right track, both in IT and in Finance and the Finanacial advisors are really on the ball.
