Pros – Got a gig at US Army through Mastech.... and its been good. Weekly timesheets are the only contact I haev with mastech. Once in a while they contact me and ask about any possible job openings for their business expansion. This is probably true with any consulting company.
Cons – Consultant medical benefits got bad and hence converted to a full time... benefits are very good now
Advice to Senior Management – Management should provide similar benefits to all employees.... hourly or full time

Pros – iGATE is fair, did not try to low ball me in salary, was very supportive with the situation when I resisgned
Cons – a lot of people from the company may try to recruit you for the same position (they aren't talking to each other)
Advice to Senior Management – it would be helpful for iGATE recruiters to streamline their communications, as many recruiters from the company contacted me for the same job
