Former Employee – worked at Max New York Life Insurance full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The company provides best training in the Insurance industry. A few insurance policies are good but most of the policies has lost money in the market.
Cons – The employees are nice to you till you are nice to them. They are selfish lot, ruthless people. All of them tries to save their own job at somebody else;s cost. The call center people tells something else and the staff something else. After sale, service is very poor. No proper co-ordination is there. Every day new recruitments are taking place and train ed but the moment the new employees better opportunity they leave the company. Instead company should recruit the old A/A who have left the co or planning to leave the co.
Advice to Senior Management – Give some breathing space to your employees. Insurance industry is going down every day. The co. had a good name in the market but due to their behaviour and inefficiency of senior staff all the prestige is going down the drain.
