    Great

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat company to work with, good values and it provides innovative solutions.

ConsExecutive management should work better with mid-level management, there is a bit of a disconnect.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognition for the low level employees who work very hard to make management look good. More perks for low level employees.

One of the Best in the Industry

    Business Manager (Current Employee)
    San Jose, CA

ProsVery strong Company. Good financial stability, and great people to work with. There have been many positive changes in the past few years. Beautiful new San Jose campus, and facilities upgrades in most global offices, focused effort on employee engagement and development, new training programs offered, and great benefits. The company appreciates employees who take initiative and produce results.

ConsMaking the necessary changes to invest in the right products has resulted in some office closures. Culture is a con if you don't like a fast paced environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to work on development of managers and communications to keep everyone in the loop on key activities. Acquisitions that will add short term to our revenue.

    Intern during summer

    Applications Engineer (Former Employee)
    San Jose, CA

ProsEngineers there are very read to help any entry level students and I can get familiar with the skills needed in a short time. The company has a very flexible time schedule so that sometimes you can relax a little bit but just remember the due date!

ConsI do not like the transportation system although the employees can take the trains for free. It is better to have your own car.

Great people, enjoyed my time there

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat location and they just moved into new offices. The supply chain group was really nice and invited me to all their lunches.

ConsIt was just a summer internship, so I did not spend all that much time there. Don't really have anything bad to say about my experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementVery little to no interaction with the upper management.

Best job ever! New Human Interfaces group runs like a startup: nimble, smart, fast-paced and fun.

    Product Definer (Current Employee)
    San Jose, CA

ProsSuper smart co-workers. Fantastic management in the Mobility Business Unit. Love the new headquarters in San Jose. Team is friendly, happy, up-beat, inclusive and very capable. Products are cool. Innovation happens all the time, every day. Cafeteria food if great. On-site gym. Great benefits, aggressive growth compensation strategy: heavy on profit sharing (RSUs) and bonuses.

ConsCommute home in evening is slow.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep innovating. The corporate culture in the business unit is the best I have experienced.

ProsGreat team work. Can move from department to department. Great cross-department collaboration. Focus on innovation.

ConsTechnically, you saturate at senior level. After that slower movement. Difficult to get towards management.
