In the world of engineering, seemed like a pretty fair employer. Have to weather the ups and downs of business cycles.

Legal Department (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThe people I worked with were all good, the working hours decent, and expectations reasonable while allowing for new challenges. Pay was fair.

ConsLocation only convenient at HQ if you live in west part of Houston. Traffic all around the area petty heavy.

Great place to work, great people to work with.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsMiddle management is engaged and very supportive of what is happening in the trenches. The environment is pretty laid back. I really enjoy the atmosphere.

ConsThe benifits have been cut back due to the economy and spinning off Babcok & Wilcox just over a year ago. International travel policies have changed forthe worse. Flying 15 to 24 hours in economy for bussiness travel is unproductive.
