    Pros

    Good first job.
    Pretty simple to do.
    Free food.
    Diversity

    Cons

Poor internal organization (within the store).
    Little to no career growth.
    Free food.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your core strengths. Nobody goes to McDonalds for luxury burgers, people go to Five Guys for that. The average customer is trying to maximize the value of 5 dollars

    Pros

Tons of hours available, can work really any shift since most stores are now open 24/7 hours, Laid back position easy to do

    Cons

bad management, you move up by dating the uppers like any fast food chain really, bad pay starts at minimum wage takes 6 months to go up .25cents only.

    Advice to Management

Start promoting worthy workers and really let them shine instead of spending time promoting boyfriends and girlfriends to management.

    Pros

Not hard, easy money. You need a high school diploma now. You see people you know.

    Cons

It is ver boring and they play favorites with people they like

    Advice to Management

    Pros

free food during the breaks. Coworkers were also very nice and customers were usually curtius. It was good experience in the service industry

    Cons

manager was not understanding. Hard to ever get time off when neccessary. The pay was too low considering what I had to put up with from the manager. I would not recommend working at any mcdonalds without first speaking with the manager to find out what kind of person she/he is.

    Advice to Management

I would make sure that you don't play favorites at work. It would be preferable for the work environment if you were to treat everyone beneath you as equals.
