    Pros

Big global brand, decent benefits and friendly people for the most part.

    Cons

Hampered by org. structure, it's hard to change anything easily. They're incredibly risk-adverse, and conservative, and make decisions in some cases because it's what they've "always done." Very spread out and not consolidated makes it hard for anything to get done and there are competing interests within the company that cannabalize each other. Long-time execs and higher-ups hold too much power and they don't hire enough young people.
