    Pros

    The franchise I worked at was well run - I enjoyed it. They offered a flexible schedule and the store manager was always there to support the employees.

    Cons

    It was a low paying position.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, worked well with a high school student's changing schedule. I loved working with the other employees in the store, it was a lot of fun

    Cons

    How some customers treated me was awful. There is the stigma that if you work for McDonald's and you are younger, then you are lazy and uneducated

    Pros

    good staff banter. good pay, reasonable hours. very kind when days off needed. Managers were very kind. Looks good on CV for potential employers.

    Cons

    Late night shifts were very stressful and tiring, also uniforms become worn out easily, I could have done with a few moe pairs.

    Be kinder and more helpful in the training process.
