The usual cons when it comes to fast-food franchises. Rude customers can lead to stress

    Nothing really

    Pros

Fun laid back work environment. After getting to know the people I worked with, it was like working with a bunch of friends and didn't seem like work at all.

    Cons

Some of the managers are very disrespectful to employees and the hours are never very good. you can be working 4 hours a week at times and 40+ the next week. very unorganized.

    Advice to Management

Just because you are a manager doesn't make you better than anyone else. Dont forget, you still work at a fast food restaurant.

    Pros

flexible scheduling, a lot of hours, you can cover a lot of shifts, they give you uniforms. You gain a lot of new qualities.

    Cons

rude customers, but that's everywhere. minimum wage, it's hot, but it's not too bad for a first job. get paid every 2 weeks.

    Advice to Management

Have better uniforms, it gets hot working here the uniforms don't really help that problem at all. don't get overwhelmed with the crew members, they want to go home as bad as you do.
