    Pros

they give you can get 50% discount of your food and 10% discount of when your are not working they give you free pop [but a size so small they don't sell it to customers]

    Cons

you don't get the discount on the dollar menu, if you are a minor you get paid less than minimum wage $7.25 an hour [not including SSI] ,the manager expects you to do so much work more than expected, you can't have your break in the lobby you can only have it in a small room in the back of the restaurant that smells bad,

    Advice to Management

give new people a break they don't know everything nobody is perfect and small mistakes should be expected of new employees it's not the employees problem that the restaurant is losing money

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they are employees, not as if they were animals for you to order around. And maybe once in a while show them a little appreciation rather than belittling them.

    Pros

Flexible hours, free or reduced food, vacation time, working with people, depending on the position being your own boss, great for someone starting off in the workforce

    Cons

Treated poorly, pay is a joke for some of the responsibility that you have, sometime you can get forced to work shifts that you were not scheduled to work, depending on corporate and franchise is different rules you have to abide by, unappreciative, sometimes as a manager you have to do things that's not right by the "book". Not a long term job to have.

    Advice to Management

McDonald's as the corporation should have the franchisee have stricter rules and guidelines on doing business with the McDonalds name. I worked for mcdonalds for 7 years and went through 3 different owners and the last owners we had were doing shady (illegal by the state) things and getting away with it. If you want happier employees and make more money treat them like they are an special asset to the company and not a liability.
