I have been working at McGrath RentCorp full-time

Pros – They seem to responsive to moving to the next step. Outside sales recruiters are very good.

Cons – You are not told who the decision maker is for any sales management position. Just a heads up, it's the COO believe it or not. There is not a VP of sales, Senior VP of sales or a National Sales Manager. The COO has "veto" power over any applicant.

Advice to Senior Management – Save people a lot of time. Have the interview with the COO first.

Pros – Considering the size of the company the pay is competitive.

Cons – This company needs to replace it's top management. No real decisive leadership just a lot of politically correct conversation that goes no where.

Advice to Senior Management – Most of the people that work there are scared to offer constructive criticism, because they are afraid of retaliation. Very often you have allowed good people to be dismissed simply because they had the courage to speak up and tell the truth when asked. Shame on you.
