    Pros

Many positions were remote but they used technology to keep team members together and on the same page. Senior management were always praising in public and going over lessons learned in private. The employees were giving new laptops and software annually.

    Cons

The % of travel required varied by workflow and was hard to maintain healthy work-life balances. Some of the productivity requirements were out of workers control (sales mainly) and the non-sales team suffered bonus losses. Medical premiums were higher than expected.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good job rewarding great employees.

    Pros

Each team has its own dynamic so when you get hired you tend to be with the group that fits with your personality.

    Cons

This is a big corporation that has a lot of red tape for everything. It's difficult to really run with a project because so many people have to approve everything.

    Advice to Management

I'd say that if they hire competent people that they really just need to let people make decisions on their own without micro managing.
