    Pros

The company itself is a great mix of technology, luxury, ideas, fantastic branding! Working here makes me just feel special, part of the team, part of a very clear plan...exciting, absolutely exciting. From the details of the building to the projects going on for the next years, this is just what an engineer probably would dream about in school; and, last but not least, the company headquarter sits on an amazing green area!

    Cons

If I can call it a "cons", I would say that there is too much work compared to the size of the team...but this is just if I really have to find something bad about McLaren after almost a year and in reality is not really a bad aspect, but just part of an exciting long term plan!

    Advice to Management

Only one advice...don't change in the spirit, maybe (maybe) the company would need a bit more of "team work" but again, the company is young and it takes time to build concepts like this. Well done so far!

  3. Learn a lot, but the Company has lost its winning spirit

    Pros

It's a daily challenging work environment, where, literally, everyone can make the difference. All the tools that an engineer can dream of: top class software, hardware, testing facilities... Good salary for a purely technical job

    Cons

Very weak technical management, lack of any team spirit, personal interests/careers come first, lack of commitment and motivation in many people

    Advice to Management

Get Mclaren back on track even if it will involve tough decisions
