Has potential to be a top tier company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Irving, TX

I worked at MedSynergies full-time for more than a year

ProsNice building located in Las Colinas.

ConsThe company has great potential but I grew tired that every time an issue was raised the problem was because "we grew way to fast". That tells me that management would not acquire the resources necessary to work through this change post haste.

Healthcare is way too expensive. A single mother will pay $750 per month for medical. That's $9,000 per year plus a deductible of $3,000. Prepare to deduct $12,000 from your salary offer!!!!!!

Advice to Senior ManagementHire business leaders not salesmen. Listen to your employees. Let us conduct the town hall, not you, the salesman.

Put name plates on the offices for pete's sake. It feels cold and impersonal.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Not a long term job

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Irving, TX

I worked at MedSynergies

ProsThere is plenty of work to do, plenty of opportunities to develop yourself career-wise and technically. It is mostly what you make of it (just as any other job) in that aspect.

ConsMatrix structure, meaning depending on your department you may be reporting to multiple managers. Lots of confusion and no communication whatsoever within and across departments. Lots of knowledge hoarding, one-upmanship, jockeying, incessant corporate speak and dealing with your typical corporate drones. Nothing, and I mean nothing gets done in a timely manner...not even the simplest of tasks. Lots of unnecessary and time-wasting meetings. That place can turn the most bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, motivated employee into a former shell of themselves within 6 months. Take it for what it is...a time to learn some stuff and get some experience under your belt, and then move on to a better opportunity.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop hiring ADD managers that like to talk a lot but are completely impotent when it comes to following something through to the end.

Need to have better long term planning

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at MedSynergies full-time for less than a year

ProsNot much to say here

ConsCulture is really bad. All political. Managers will call you out in front of everyone when you make a mistake. Not an efficient company.

Medical Assistant

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at MedSynergies

ProsYou are able to interact and learn from the physician, if you are in a clinic. MedSynergies also offer a good benefits package.

ConsThere is a lot of miscommunication within management. Also many clinics are under employed and therefore requires you to do more work.
