I love this place!!

Registered Nurse (Former Employee)
Houston, TX

I worked at Memorial Hermann Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

ProsIt is a small community hospital and feels more like a family unit than a work environment.

ConsIt is hard to get your opinions or suggestions heard unless you are part of the "in-crowd." Upper management pretends to care about your opinions and request suggestions for change through multiple "anonymous" surveys, but nothing is done once this information has been collected.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to you employees. We are at the bedside and know what could work to make things run more smooth.
