I have been working at Metropolitan Bank and Trust full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

-considerable compensation and great fringe benefits given the manageable workload (coming from a control back-office position),
-in relation to the first point, great place to retire or work while you're pregnant
    -family-oriented (religious branch personnel)

    Cons

-hard to get projects approved because of bureaucracy and red tape, thus limiting opportunity for growth
    -conservative mindset of management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Be more open to new ideas
-Lower training bonds for young professionals

I worked at Metropolitan Bank and Trust as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Managing supervisor for the interns at the time was very accommodating despite own schedule; gave lectures that supplement classroom learnings

    Cons

As intern, tasks were a bit clerical (filing of papers, preparing Excel database)

I have been working at Metropolitan Bank and Trust full-time

    Pros

Good compensation package, pays up to 15 months plus allowance and performance bonus ( not guaranteed )

    Cons

Be patient to wait for your promotion as it may take forever. Also, forced ranking policy puts too much pressure on some people forcing them to be evil

    Pros

They provide good benefits for officers. Steady income of at least 15 months with a good chance of earning up to 18 months if you are a performer.

    Cons

A lot of people are demotivated which would somehow affect the people around them thus high attrition across groups and divisions.
