    Pros

    - Decent Pay
    - Work environment was generally nice
    - Workplace safety is ongoing and improving

    Cons

    - Tension between various departments
    - Lots of office politics/dissatisfaction from permanent union members
    - Unionized so you can find yourself on contract for a while
    - Not a lot of encouragement for growth (due to union)
    - Shift work

    Advice to Management

During general meetings - allow for more discussion as opposed to marketing to the people. Change the unionized work-place attitude and environment. Give people accountability and encourage them to do more. Hiring and letting go of trained contract workers may be short-sighted.

    Pros

Some of the greatest people you could work with have graced the halls of Molson Coors. Plenty of seasoned beer people. Great people, products, training, events and culture.

    Cons

Straight talk is encourage but not acted upon. Long time brands are struggling to remain relevant in a mature beer market where choice is plentiful. Times are changing in the Beer industry. Difficult to keep up with ABI.

    Advice to Management

People are you number one asset.

    Pros

Competative salary, decent benefit program, strong innovation agenda, room for growth in the GTA, mobility a plus and rewarded, Canadian is doing strong work.

    Cons

Culture is tense for a beer company, industry is mature and competitors are growing causing constant share depletion which leads to stressfull work environment.

    Advice to Management

Increase transparancy and clarity of long term vision, difficult to trust the company under current leadership.

Very focused on what's on paper and the concrete requirements rather than the person they are interviewing

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Interesting people to work with, definitely lots of challenges and there is an opportunity to learn a lot about the business, fairly good salaries and benefits.

    Cons

Too many meetings, great at talking but not great at executing projects, don't have too high expectations of career advancement - way too often they hire from outside, long hours.

    Advice to Management
