    Pros

Frankly speaking there is nothing good to say about this company.

    Cons

The company is on a fast track to be sold, and management is applying passive aggrasive methods to get rid of their staff.

    Advice to Management

What goes around comes around is all I will say.

    Pros

Not too much to say here, I guess the benefits were okay, and the people were nice enough.

    Cons

Dont expect much in the way of work/family balance, the pay is just barely worth the amount of time, and frustrations caused by management. Most management or horribly under qualified for how important their roles are, expect more sanctions to come.

    Advice to Management

Get the right qualified people in positions of importance.

    Pros

Good place to work if you are a yes man and good at sucking up to executives. Great for consultants because they overpay and often treat consultants better than employees.

    Cons

Leadership is non-existent and believes in command and control culture. Stock price is down over 60% yet the leadership team stays while quality employees continually leave. Must have one of the highest employee turn-over rates of any company.

    Advice to Management

The board and investors need to simply replace the executive team

    Pros

Coffee tea coco salary location path fountains close to eating and shopping doctors restaurants

    Cons

Unfair hiring practice, unjust promotional practices, excessive hours, poor work conditions,NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL. Favoritism, LARGE MANAGEMENT TURNOVER. NON CAREER DEVELOPMENT. NUMBERS DRIVEN causing shortcuts on regulatory requirements. NO concern for employees. BULLYING from supervisors, They share the premious your salary you work as long and as much as WE tell you too you don't have a choice. MAKING YOU FEEL DAILY YOU CAN BE FIRED AT ANYTIME.

    Advice to Management

START CARING ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO MAKES YOUR ORGANIZATION RUN. IF YOU ARE HAVING A VERY VERY VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE GET INVOLVE TO FIND OUT WHY THAT IS.

    Pros

Great people to work with. Fantastic manager and supervisors. They gave a very good severance package though.

    Cons

Was a far more employee friendly prior to 2008. Many benefits disappeared started in 2008, even small things such as cookies at Christmas. Thanksgiving turkey gift cards, etc.... Upper management is totally out of touch with the average employee and also they really have no idea on how to proceed with the current restructure of offshoring 500+ operations and technical employees to Poland, Mexico, Bulgaria, total mess. I'd watch this company in the near future, wouldn't be surprised if it goes under. The CEO needs to step away from her throne and see what is actually happening with the organization. They really don't follow the values they proclaim and hold the rest of the employees accountable to.

    Advice to Management

Try communicating with actual managers and not just your senior directors and above to get an idea of what is actually going across your company. Really poor morale there. Senior management needs to come back down from their "penthouse mentality" and bring back a more employee friendly company where employees feel the company actually cares.

    Pros

co-workers were great, felt like family

    Cons

micro-management, most of the supervisors were stupid and had no clue about what they were doing, stabbing each other in the back is a norm there. upper management dumps a lot of work on employees, very poor decisions, their restructuring plan is dramatically failing, somebody at the top is trying to save their high paying jobs by asking people, who were laid off, to come back! I have never seen anything like that before! Position descriptions are lies, when they actually hire you, they will dump everything possible on you for a low pay

    Advice to Management

treat the people who work under you as human beings with families and lives!!! that's why MG is having a very hard time finding people who want to work there!
