    Pros

Good pay, Flexible hours, great team

    Cons

High employee turnover. Poor executive decisions. Layoffs , offshoring many roles. Huge disconnect between working class and executives. Most corporate decisions appear to be financial jerk reactions and seldom have clear long term operational logic. They proverbially chop off hand to stop the pain of a sliver in a finger.

    Advice to Management

get the full picture before taking action,

    Pros

Exciting projects always. Prospects of being acquired by large competitor has brought tons of additional work to clean up files, claims, lawsuits,... everything,

    Cons

Business very competitive with cheaper online services and WalMart brand services.

    Advice to Management

Cut back the fat, close the acquisition asap so there is less market competition or antitrust claims (minimize competitive markets); connect better with customers, more aggressive campaign worldwide.

    Pros

Most of the employees get something extra for working for a company that helps hard working migrants send money around the world to where it has a huge impact. Generally positive people with some talent.

    Cons

Statements on strategy and cost cutting launched without a plan. How to get there is not of interest to senior mgmt and as such, unsurprisingly, ability to deliver is low but the rest of the employees are punished / suffer when targets not met.
Then the Board gives themselves new retention bonuses to celebrate a falling share price - bonkers!

    Advice to Management

Stop and think, possibly even plan involving more than just the board and then try to professionally deliver in a co-ordinated way with adequate resources. To stay alive change is needed and quickly but with no plan its just quick failure not progress.

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, Life and work balance. Multicultural enviroment

    Cons

Lack of career development. The majority of management positions are held by men. Bureaucratic company.

    Advice to Management

Better implementation of strategies. Great ideas for mentoring and career development but they are not implemented well across the company specially outside the HQ (Dallas). Need more mentors and not managers across the organization.

    Pros

Great global footprint. No 2 or 3 in world size wise. Great people. Good Coffee.

    Cons

Cutbacks, layoffs, senior management do not seem to be able to effectively manage the global organization. it is a very miserable place to be with limited benefits, pay increases, little to no bonus, no share options paid out in past 3 years. Very troubled company

    Advice to Management

Recognize where you are out of your depth and move on.. Bring in new leadership team with the ability to turn the business around
