    Overall my experience was ok

    Support (Former Employee)

    ProsGood benefits
    Flexible schedule
    Good work env.

ConsToo many chiefs not enough indians. The CEO is completely clueless and made my boss do his pet projects which was in appropriate.
Poor direction and then when it didnt work they had massive layoffs.

Advice to Senior ManagementSal needs to leave monster before he does anymore damage and the company goes under. Ive never seen incomptence on such a scale and someone who has made so many mistakes keeep their job. I would never work there again until he goes back to NY

    Ok

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsOk company, some good folks. Decent location. Can't really think about anything particularly great about this place anymore. Kind of a dinosaur

Consneeds to get some fresh eyes in the product group, a lack of vision has killed this company. Hasn't had a truly unique product since the job board in 2000

Top and Operational Heavy decisions made with little insight to what will actually drive revenue

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe organization provides excellent compensation for the work that is performed. Sales management offers complex insight into the recruitment process and ways to build value for customers surpassing level of service from competition.

ConsSr. Operational Managers determine most of the decisions made in the sales organization with little insight of its future outcomes

Great people but poor work environment

    Customer Service (Current Employee)
    Maynard, MA

ProsPeople are great and schedules flexible, no one micromanaging or breathing down your neck when it's not needed

ConsToo sales focused of an organization o see the truth about the sales reps, most don't have a clue as to how things really work and cause the majority of post sale issues that jeopardize future business.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop and open your eyes to the truth, clean up sales and hold them accountable for all their actions and not just quota. Also, stop trying to move jobs south when they are hardly able to perform the jobs that are already there.... you get what you pay for, just because you can get it done for less doesn't mean you are truly getting the same thing.

Good people, but a sinking ship?

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Maynard, MA

ProsMost of the people I worked with worked hard and cared about their job, the customer and the companies success. There were some who took advantage of slow times. But overall the people were very good and they cared about their customers

ConsThe executive management team provides little leadership. There is only the occasional email update from the CEO and a rare company wide meeting. The company stock is flailing and there are a lot of questions about the future

Advice to Senior ManagementConcentrate on fixing the issues, not hiring more sales reps

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
