    Pros

Ok company, some good folks. Decent location. Can't really think about anything particularly great about this place anymore. Kind of a dinosaur

    Cons

needs to get some fresh eyes in the product group, a lack of vision has killed this company. Hasn't had a truly unique product since the job board in 2000

I have been working at Monster Worldwide full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

People are great and schedules flexible, no one micromanaging or breathing down your neck when it's not needed

    Cons

Too sales focused of an organization o see the truth about the sales reps, most don't have a clue as to how things really work and cause the majority of post sale issues that jeopardize future business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop and open your eyes to the truth, clean up sales and hold them accountable for all their actions and not just quota. Also, stop trying to move jobs south when they are hardly able to perform the jobs that are already there.... you get what you pay for, just because you can get it done for less doesn't mean you are truly getting the same thing.

I worked at Monster Worldwide full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the people I worked with worked hard and cared about their job, the customer and the companies success. There were some who took advantage of slow times. But overall the people were very good and they cared about their customers

    Cons

The executive management team provides little leadership. There is only the occasional email update from the CEO and a rare company wide meeting. The company stock is flailing and there are a lot of questions about the future

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Concentrate on fixing the issues, not hiring more sales reps
