    Pros

    Very supportive environment; excellent culture; plenty of opportunities to raise your hand and make meaningful contributions to the team and learn new skills. Senior managers have an open door policy and are willing to mentor if you work hard and deliver.

    Cons

    Resource constraints means everyone wears a lot of hats. Additional investment in technology infrastructure would move things in the right direction.

    Pros

    Has very strong corporate culture. "Think like owner" and "Give back" is something I learned and can benefit for a lifetime. The company provides very good training and creates opportunities for personal growth. Mobility provides its employee with opportunities within the company.

    Cons

    Pay is really low at the time I was there. Many people left the company because of this.

    Pros

    Great training in financial analysis and modeling. Exposure to interesting and complex transactions. Large, well-regarded company with good infrastructure and resources. Generally good, honest people who work hard and have a lot of talent.

    Cons

    No commitment to or interest in career development for juniors. Very little engagement around mentorship and career advancement. Reviews and annual bonuses feel arbitrary, based on perceptions rather than results
