Pros – They sponsor you to get licensed immediately, there are locations nationwide and internationally so it's good for someone like me who may not plan on living in NYC forever.

Cons – In branches, job opportunities are limited. Your only options are Financial Advisor, Client Service Associate, and Operations. There are several opportunities in Morgan Stanley itself though, so this isn't much of a con.

Pros – I love the work environment at the branch. Everyone gets along, there's always work to do so the day goes by quickly. Also, I like the fact that I can go to the nearby headquarters building and use the company gym for a great price.

Cons – No downside where I work, but I've been to some of the more corporate offices and the environment seems VERY different than the branch environment. It seemed pretty quiet (not that it's loud at the branch, but it's lively and welcoming).
