I worked at Morgans part-time for more than 3 years

ProsManagement does not breathe down your neck. Salaries seem to be above average when compared to competitors. Easy company to work for.

ConsLittle to zero chance of moving up in the company. Almost no one that I knew what wanted to move up and get ahead, despite good work performance, got to move up.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore perks necessary to retain current staff. Many useless policies in place to prevent employees from enjoying their home property.

Prosstaff treated relatively well for a waiters job,
tips to keep thats not usual in London

Consmanagement not empowered,
staff taking over the place,
chaos as a result

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the culture,
get the all staff apraisals,
fire people who don't perform
