    Pros

    Management does not breathe down your neck. Salaries seem to be above average when compared to competitors. Easy company to work for.

    Cons

    Little to zero chance of moving up in the company. Almost no one that I knew what wanted to move up and get ahead, despite good work performance, got to move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More perks necessary to retain current staff. Many useless policies in place to prevent employees from enjoying their home property.

    staff treated relatively well for a waiters job,
    tips to keep thats not usual in London

    management not empowered,
    staff taking over the place,
    chaos as a result
