Mediocre company with "Good 'Ol Boy" mentality

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Lithia, FL

I have been working at Mosaic Company (Minnesota)

ProsGood benefits with a strong sense of community in the workplace, large corporation with a medium size company feel.

ConsShort-term thinking, weak middle management, pay for performance formula is easily manipulated, functional silos, many of the issues are typical of a large corporation.

Advice to Senior ManagementPromote because of ability to perform at the next level, not because of performance at current level. Peter's Principle is alive and well.
