Advice to Senior Management – have more events outside of wrk for the employees to get to know each other better. Have more corporate events.

Cons – LOTS of redtape!! I understand it is difficult for a large corporation to remove some of the issues with internal teams working with one another, but the company can be so much more efficient!

Cons – The constant change and the downsizing of the company over past five years has been challenging and has had a negative impact on employee morale.

Pros – In my department the people I worked with were great. The compensation was decent and the benefits were great. The Schaumburg area is also nice.

Cons – It was a large company and you could get lost. You are more of a number outside your department. In my position your numbers were worth more then the satisfaction of your customer.

Advice to Senior Management – My advice to the management is to stop being driven by metrics but more towards the satisfaction of the customers.
