Cons – Watch industry is very small. If you stay too long you can't leave the industry.

- Great opportunity to gain some experience in retail sales
- Free watch for employees
- A relaxed environment in most locations

Cons – - Low commission percentages on sales
- Customers are usually pretty snobby
- Little room for growth
- Can be boring at times

Advice to Senior Management – Advance from within the company as opposed to hiring from the outside. This will give employees a sense of direction while working.

Cons – No advancement. Typically hires externally
