I have been working at Mu Sigma

    Pros

1.A lot of effort is given on constant learning and opportunities are provided 2. Flat hierarchy 3. Good exposure at a very young age as one gets the chance to talk to clients or become a team lead within a short span of time

    Cons

    1. No additional benefits and pay is well below industry standards 2. Work life balance is zero when you are in pilots ( I guess that I acceptable) 3. Company tries to keep you motivated by high-end philosophies and no pay.

    Advice to Management

As the company is doing really good please stop acting poor and try to increase the pay/benefits at least a little bit, so that good employees who love your company and wants to stay, can stay

    Advice to Management

    Pros

one of the best companies to work at if you are a fresher. The speed at which you learn and the tendency you gain to learn new things is tremendous. A must go for any fresher

    Cons

Salary is very less when you compare it with the value you are adding to organisation and the effort you are putting. Not a company which will give you money for value

    Advice to Management

Please increase the salary of your employees. They deserve more for the value they bring and the effort they are putting in the organisation's growth
