    Business Analyst (Former Employee)
    Bangalore (India)

    ProsGood working seniors
apparently people here believe that one can change the world (which is not a bad thing)
You would get good work experience

ConsHeavy heavy work load, forget about the work life balance

Advice to Senior ManagementI think they should reduce the work load. It is of no use to earn 6 or 7 lacs an year and have no life after office hours

Exciting but tests ethical standards and is unfriendly to new employees

    Manager (Former Employee)
    Bangalore (India)

ProsEvery day you face a challenge (managerial, technical or people related) and you learn to overcome those. Helps you lifelong.

ConsEthical standards are very low and on several occasions it tests your character and your own ethical standards. You will have to take a call on what's the limit.
The early employees (ones who joined prior to 2007) gets preference in promotion, raises or even in praises. Even after 7 years, the trend continues and this is depressing for brilliant employees who joined later.
Compensation is much below part and the bonuses (more than 20% of total compensation) never get paid more than 50% of committed amount

Advice to Senior ManagementRaise the ethical standards to reflect greater values
    Value employees without any bias

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Nice place to work for a fresher

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsChallenging job, you get to learn new things everyday. All the managers are friendly and the company has a good work culture. Salary hike is very high.

ConsProblem managing work life balance, there is nothing called working hours. It may be required to work on weekends. Less attention on employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease don't take a n aggressive step in any action you make. Sometimes spending more time on projects can lead a very good deliverables.
