I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great place to learn. Great people to work with initially. Work is also file. Personal growth is ok if manager has got good perception about you else you will remain at the same level.

    Cons

Low salary. You can not take more than one week off in some teams which is ridiculous considering people save their leaves for one time in a year. Escalation mechanisms are bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are great companies to work with and they are doing really good. You need to learn from them if you need to grow. Other wise people will keep quitting. And work life balance does not mean work life harmony.

    Pros

Learning, Awesome intelligent crowd, variety of projects, high growth

    Cons

Low pay, bad work life balance, too many tracking metrics, tend to get saturated at mid management levels

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to value employee more and consider giving more value to laterals too. Generally its seen that either promotion or onsite is given to hold employees for some time
