Pros – Good Company, Good atmosphere, well trained management team
Cons – Payscale is not benchmarked - no fixed scale of pay is used.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring more business and pay employees well

“Challenging.”
I worked at Multivision (Illinois)
Pros – It has a nice retail store in a good location. An Apple Authorised reseller in the middle east is a nice challenge and interesting to work at because Apple is becoming popular in the middle east and being part of Apple to interact with customers and teach them all things Apple is something I really enjoy doing.
Cons – The management was a barrier for advancement and also the limited financial resources to expand.
