I worked at Mycroft full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Co workers are there to give you a hand when needed.

    Cons

Terrible place to work. Was fired with out warning. No support from upper management.. Most people that work there have a copy of their resume on their laptops just waiting to be sent out for a better opportunity.

Marketing is a joke. They bounce around from project to project per CEO.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get new management

    I worked at Mycroft

    Pros

Helpful when I was sick and needed an off

    Cons

Though hired as a Software engineer, was doing back office work like junior level of BA which is not worth at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make sure you hire the people according to their interest and background if needed not just to show that you got an engineer and make them work as a clerk or low level office work. that's not fair or if so then be frank and truthful

    I worked at Mycroft

    Pros

A few smart coworkers. Some training for your job. Fairly flexible about work location.

    Cons

Too many to list. Management has no ethics or vison. If there was a choice between being out of work or accepting a position here I would advise staying jobless.

Confusing! You're never doing the job you're hired for, always something different and not in your area of expertise.

    I worked at Mycroft

    Pros

Flexible work environment. The IT employees are very nice. No one pays attention to work you're doing so you don't feel micro managed.

    Cons

No leadership from upper management. No one knows who they should report to or get feedback from to do their jobs better. No employee engagement or team building activities. Seems like the business is scattered and people are in the wrong jobs. Salaries are very low and benefits aren't competitive at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put employees in the right jobs. Hire based on quality and experience. Listen to your employees. Create company culture and team building. Competitive benefits and salaries.
