I have been working at NCI full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great employees that are great to work with. Government contracts are usually more than 2 years, not all though.

    Cons

Upper Management tends to be more interested in profit and corporate policy then the needs of the individual.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to individual circumstances and not just the corporate policy as written in stone and no flexibility attached.
