ProsGreat employees that are great to work with. Government contracts are usually more than 2 years, not all though.

ConsUpper Management tends to be more interested in profit and corporate policy then the needs of the individual.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more attention to individual circumstances and not just the corporate policy as written in stone and no flexibility attached.

Good company to work for, good benefits.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe pay is pretty good and the benefits are first rate.

ConsLimited advancement opportunities within the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementFor the field managers: If you want to keep your best people, show it. Nobody ever gets tired of hearing that they're doing a great job. If you have critical systems that just seem to work all the time, somebody is doing a great job and you need to notice them!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
