    Pros

Work based on skill and not how you socialize. Everyone is treated equally well. Management is more than fair and you get to meet very interesting folks. All work, standards, and guidelines are spelled out clearly. Very accommodating work environment for those needing a safe place to work.

    Cons

Seasonal work, always a guessing game as to the amount of work available for planning out your year.

    Pros

-Performance based pay -Interesting work made the hours go by quickly -Great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly

    Cons

-Quality feedback about performance was only received at the end of employment term -Extended sitting periods might be uncomfortable for some

    Advice to Management

As far as performance based pay is concerned, some people were recording obscene amounts of scores/hour and it seems highly unlikely that they were scoring accurately. The material was usually several paragraphs long and required more than a glance to score it. Maybe set a cap on the scores/hour to make people slow down so that the students papers are not glanced over and that everyone is given the same opportunity to receive a fair score.
