    Pros

Flexible scheduling, Nice discount, Refreshed floor displays, Bonuses, Strong salary. the people that work there come from different walks of life.

    Cons

I feel that nike is starting to lose its vision. in part to thirst to retain its position at the top. Quality over quantity. Rather keep quality and quanity at a premium level.

I worked at NIKE part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The discounts are awesome! Being that I love the entire NIKE brand and company, just walking into the store made me excited. Customer service wasn't bad, as long as you didn't take things too personally. My coworkers were great and made the job that much more fun and exciting.

    Cons

New management began to come and change everything. We no longer had the freedom to work on our own, but instead were watched closely. That made it a little uncomfortable and less relaxed. Former staff began to get fired or refused to return, and some of the managers' true colors started to show. No work place is perfect. This is the only place that I would tolerate this, because I love the brand so much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be happy whenever other managers and staff get promotions and greater opportunities. It's okay to not always be number one at everything. The lead manager needs to stop with the hidden agendas and instead help his staff grow and aspire to achieve more.
