I have been working at NIKE full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

A lot of autonomy, very innovative company, and value employee's growth. The benefit package is very good. The best thing is that you learn new things everyday.

    Cons

Job function a bit of ambiguous. The most important thing is to get comfortable with the frequent changes in the organization. The matrix structure makes the jobs very demanding, because there will be multiple managers for one role.

I have been working at NIKE full-time

    Pros

100% focus on people at any level. This company really cares about all of its employees . Growth is real no matter if you start as a seasonal in a store or entry level at corporate. You want to grow so work at Nike. Great benefits ( could be a little better in health) , work life balance. Trust is there , very laid back , it is just awesome. Compensation is great

    Cons

Can be challenging for outside recruitment because of its culture . They will support you to adapt yourself.

I have been working at NIKE part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It is very exciting and fast-paced. Nike is always coming out with new things and the consumers are fun to connect with.

    Cons

Lack of communication within upper management. For the athletes that have been there for a long time, it is still difficult to grow with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your athletes that have been with you for a long time.
