    Pros

Greatest experience at the biggest and the most popular sport brand. Worked with excellent team of absolute professionals. Got an idea of how big company work on big events, solve issues and enjoying an exceptional work.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons while working with and for Nike. May be if I get more time to spend in the office I found out some cons because every rule has an exception.

    Advice to Management

    Do not work so much!

    Pros

I love the atmosphere. The "team" aspect. Plus I really love the product so it's fun to work for a company you love.

    Cons

Not enough hours. More positive feed back from ALL the leaders

    Advice to Management

To build confidence, leaders should show more positive feedback along with the negative

    Pros

I truly had a great time working here. Fun and sports centered environment with opportunities to grow. I felt like I had a great chance to advance farther.

    Cons

The only problem that I encountered was scheduling. Retail is retail, but the hours weren't the best. I wouldn't say I had too many issues.

    Advice to Management

Praise all of your associates when they do a good job, or at least make them feel appreciated. Know when to motivate your associates to improve your company.

    Pros

-Everyone knows about Nike -It's in sports, so you get to see plenty of athletes -Casual workplace atmosphere, get your work done, doesn't matter how -Everyone is interested in helping and developing you as an intern -Cross Functional Projects with team of interns where you get to work on the latest Nike projects -Plenty of events with free food -Speaker series -Free stuff and discounts -Exposure to upper management, everyone is willing to take time to network and meet you -High respect from employees about getting through the competitive selection process

    Cons

With the company growing so rapidly, more and more people are being moved off the main campus which is disappointing. That said, Nike still does a good job of making off campus buildings cool.

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in your internship program, because it means the world to us interns. If you're looking to retain top talent through the program, you certainly do a great job of making your case for us to come back full time. Thank you for welcoming the interns as part of the team.

    Advice to Management

Management is very clear. I have no advice I would run everything the same way. It is all very diligent.

    Pros

I'm a very very hard worker and designer. I love designing and will be a great work force asset to your company

    Cons

Not many here, but I don't have a lot of time on my hands usually, but I do have work time on my hands so I think I'll be good:)

    Advice to Management

If you don't hire me, I understand completely, I would just love to work as a designer for your company and will work my hardest to earn respect.
