    Pros

    desent wages. Liked the variety in my work.invested 18 years. there till I got laid off for good. Good upper Management..

    Cons

    constant changes. seems that backstabbers always get the lead positions. deaf ears if you go up chain of command. cornered out of a job. if you do not know your work don't expect your lead to show you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your company looses good talent do to buddy system. unfair hireing practices. or should I say REHIRE PRACTICES.

    Pros

    Great CEO, and good people for the most part.

    Cons

    The seperate divisions see themselves as seperate companies. Several groups that watch out for one another which allows for some very unethical behavior.

    Good place to work;
    Enjoy work with nice co-worker;
    Good place to gain a lot of hands-on experience
    Personal carrer growth

    Always busy and often overtime
    A lot stress in completing the task with limit time and limit manpower

    Good benefit, the work expectation are well, good peoples in facilities,

    Worker with capabilities can create better performing if they can be in charge of any project . Therefore, the department will be integrated accurately.

    Management can created better atmosphere for the new talents workers to be in charge of any project . Consequently, the department will be integrated accurately exceeding the company expectations.

    Filled with great people who work hard to meet goals. The training department delivers quality classes to help further your skills.

    Cons

    Work-life balance was hard to achieve within this fast-paced-do-it-better-than-everyone-else industry.

    Pros

    Low Pressure Environment
    Friendly, Helpful Co-workers with a lot of experience.
    Chances to move up in the company relatively quickly.
    A lot of benefits with the company on top of the salary.

    Cons

    Pretty mundane environment with little excitement.
    Not much hands on work available.
    They have a difficult time recruiting and keeping young people because the work environment is so stale.
