    Pros

Great company, great people. The training for this position really prepares you to make the jump to outside sales. Decent benefits.

    Cons

Tight deadlines, not that great starting salary, but at least you can move up to outside sales and move up the pay scale once you have proven yourself and by getting good reviews.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. The engineers inside the company are some of the best in the industry.

    Pros

I really like my co-workers and my boss's. Love having nearly 2 weeks off over Christmas holiday. Love the cultural diversities. Love working 7am - 3pm

    Cons

Hard to get used to a manufacturing environment when I came from the corporate world. Very noisy and dirty place to work. I had to wait a whole year before getting any sick days or vacation days. Hate only getting a half hour lunch break.

    Advice to Management

Most companies give you sick days/vacation days after 6 months.
