Depending on the team NAB can be fantastic to work for.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork-life balance, opportunities to work in different departments

ConsBeing large means there is a lot of red tape and often there no desire to improve processes.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook to go beyond the we have always done it this way. Many teams do not have a culture of trying to help others out.

    Very positive, flexible environment

    IT Architect (Current Employee)

ProsConsistent values supporting community responsibility and best value for customers, work-life balance, flexible working environment, pursuit of excellence

ConsMy perspective (level 4 position) may be skewed more positively than more junior positions. I have had some feedback from others that there is less flexibility, etc for level 1 and 2 positions. However many of the pros would remain true for all staff.

    Fantastic work life balance
    Very proactive team

ConsHeaps of politics - especially as restructures happen more often than not due to cost cutting
Pay is not as good as competitors

Advice to Senior ManagementLook after your staff
Pay inline with the market and they will stay even longer
Try and dispense with the politics and the restructures where management already knows who is getting what position - make it fair or call it what it is "a clean house"
