    Pros

From a case study point of view it is really great to work at a Greek bank during the Greek crisis that peaked in June 2015. People are getting fired and the stress is incomparable. Despite that, the high performers are here to stay and it is really great to work with people that have gone through extensive filtering during the crisis.

    Cons

The abovementioned situation at the bank can have cons as well. The stress is incomparable, days at work seem as if you are working at an early stage start up where the future is not certain.

    Pros

Stable working environment, company culture tolerates normal working hours (8 hour work), very nice health plan.

    Cons

Constantly minimizing various benefits during the last years (2010-2014), strong bureaucratic structure, not merit-based promotions.

    Advice to Management

Ask inferiors what they really want to do and reassign them to such positions. "Shuffle the deck" and you will see wonders.

    Pros

There are several pros for this employer such as the friendly environment, the stability and the insurance. Moreover payments are always on time.

    Cons

People with skills need to wait until the supervisor resigns or gets upgraded until they upgrade. Something like military philosophy

    Advice to Management

Branches need to become more modern.
