I worked at National Heritage Academies full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Easy to get hired. The hiring process is very Easy and quick. The company seems to be willing to promote within.
Cons – The company expect workers to work over time and not get paid and or compensated. Significant problems with balancing work hours and home life. Staff are expected to come in early and stay late on a regular basis. Employees are expected to use the time card to sign in and out every time you come into the building, leave for lunch and leave at the end of the day. Employees are monitored closely if you take more than 30 minute lunch. The company has an "at will" status which means they can fire employees at anytime.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
